Aspire & Achieve
A supportive coaching programme designed for neurodivergent adults who want to better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
You do not need to progress through each level. Every option provides a different depth of support depending on what feels right for you.
Who it’s for
Aspire & Achieve is designed for neurodivergent adults who want practical support, structure and understanding as they move forward in life.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to navigate work, relationships or personal goals in a way that actually works for you.
This programme offers a supportive space to build confidence, develop practical strategies and better understand your own strengths.
What it involves
This programme combines coaching, shared learning and practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and self-belief.
Sessions focus on developing self-awareness, understanding neurodivergence in a constructive way, and building strategies that support real progress in everyday life.
The programme is designed to meet people where they are, offering different levels of support depending on the depth of guidance needed.
How You Can Access Aspire & Achieve
Support is available in different formats:
Large Group Programme
A supportive group environment where participants can learn alongside others who share similar experiences. These sessions provide practical guidance, discussion and shared understanding in a structured and welcoming setting.
This option works well for those who benefit from hearing different perspectives and learning within a community environment.
Small Group (max 9 participants)
A more focused programme delivered in smaller groups, allowing for deeper discussion and more individual guidance.
Participants have greater opportunity to explore their own challenges and goals while still benefiting from the shared learning and encouragement of the group.
1:1 Coaching
For individuals who would benefit from one-to-one support. These sessions provide dedicated time to explore your own goals, challenges and development with tailored guidance and practical strategies.
This option offers the deepest level of personalisation.
Programmes run at different points throughout the year, with places depending on availability and group size.

Parents of Aspiring Athletes
Supporting a young athlete can be incredibly rewarding – but it can also feel overwhelming at times.
This programme is designed to help you guide your child with clarity, confidence and calm as they move through all the different stages of their sporting journey.
Who it’s for
This programme is designed for parents who want to better understand and support their children as they develop within sport.
For many families, the journey through youth sport can bring pressure, uncertainty and emotional challenges – particularly where neurodiversity may be part of the picture.
I provide guidance and reassurance every step of the way, so parents can feel more confident supporting their child both on and off the field.
What it involves
The course offers practical tools and clear insight into the emotional, psychological and developmental aspects of supporting young athletes.
Parents gain a better understanding of how to nurture confidence, resilience and wellbeing while helping their child enjoy and grow within their sport.
The focus is always on creating a supportive environment that allows young people to thrive as individuals, not just performers.

Resource Membership
A flexible learning option providing access to course materials, guidance and resources that parents can work through at their own pace.
This option allows families to engage with the content in a way that fits around busy schedules.
Large Group Sessions
Structured group sessions where parents explore key topics together and gain practical insight into supporting young athletes.
These sessions combine guidance, discussion and shared experience, helping parents feel more confident in how they support their child through the different stages of their sporting journey.
Small Group Sessions (max 9 parents)
A more focused setting with a smaller number of parents, allowing for deeper conversation and more individual guidance.
These sessions create space to explore your own situation in greater detail while still benefiting from the support and perspective of others on a similar journey.
1:1 Coaching
For parents who would like more tailored guidance around their specific situation.
One-to-one sessions allow time to explore particular challenges and develop practical strategies that support both the parent and the young athlete.
Courses and sessions are offered at different points throughout the year.

Practical training for coaches, teachers and leaders who want to create environments where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, supported and able to thrive.

This programme is designed for coaches, clubs, schools and organisations who want to better support neurodivergent individuals within their environment.
Leaders often recognise the importance of inclusion but may feel unsure how to put this into practice in a meaningful and supportive way.
These sessions offer practical guidance that helps create environments where everyone can feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
